What You'll Do
- Travel to customer locations across Texas to inspect and assess heavy equipment
- Diagnose condition across engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, undercarriage, and power trains
- Write clear, accurate inspection and condition reports
- Perform minor repairs and service work to prepare equipment for sale
- Document hours, serial numbers, and visible wear or defects
- Communicate findings clearly to our sales team and, when needed, directly to buyers
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of heavy equipment or mobile equipment repair/inspection experience (3-5 years preferred)
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record — this role involves significant regional travel
- Comfortable working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
- ASE certification, OEM-specific training (Caterpillar, John Deere, or similar), or CDL a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
